Art of Peace Exhibit at SCAAC

Ten elementary schools participated this year in Art of Peace’s Families For Peace workshop. Their wonderful artwork is now on display at the SCAAC office located at 31 James St. (There is more art on exhibition on the third floor of City Hall).

Don’t Forget…
The Call for Submissions to James Street Night of Art is approaching soon! The deadline is Friday, August 10 @ 4:30pm. Proposals should be developed to engage audiences in exhilarating and innovative ways. Proposals may take into consideration site specifics – possible sites include storefront windows, inside participating businesses, sidewalks and the street which will be closed to traffic.
