Young Canada Works Intern Program for Museums
Is your museum in need of qualified young workers? If so, the Young Canada Works Program can help you. If you are a CHIN member and work in areas of technology that relate directly to CHIN research and products, you have until May 14th, 2010 to apply to the program, which provides museums with funding to hire recent graduates of college or university. Here are a few examples of projects funded in cooperation with museums: cooperation on the production of Community Memories, assisting with contributions to Artefacts Canada, participating in research groups and technological studies, etc.
